In pursuit of excellence, the Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad invites qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the following administrative positions:

1. Registrar (Group A)

• Upper Age Limit: 57 Years
• Qualification/Experience: Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks, along with 15 years’ experience as Assistant Professor or 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar.
• Pay Scale: Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – Rs. 2,18,200)

2. Deputy Registrar (Group A)

• Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
• Qualification/Experience: Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks, and 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar.
• Pay Scale: Level 12 (Rs. 78,800 – Rs. 2,09,200)
• Number of Posts: UR-2

3. Senior Technical Officer (Systems) (Group A)

• Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
• Qualification/Experience: M.E./M.Tech. in CSE/ECE/IT/Software Sciences with 60% marks and above or relevant degree with 5 years of experience.
• Pay Scale: Level 12 (Rs. 78,800 – Rs. 2,09,200)

4. Superintending Engineer (Civil) (Group A)

• Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
• Qualification/Experience: M.E/M.Tech in relevant branch with 8 years of service in Group ‘A’ post or B.E/B.Tech in relevant branch with 10 years of service in Group ‘A’ post.

5. Assistant Registrar (Group A)

• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years
• Qualification/Experience: Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks, professional qualification in Management/Finance & Accounts, and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Pay Scale: Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500)

6. Technical Officer (Systems) (Group A)

• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years
• Qualification/Experience: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in CSE/ECE/IT/Software Sciences/MCA with 60% marks and above or equivalent CGPA with 3 years of relevant experience.
