IIM Raipur Recruitment 2024 Post Details

This restructuring should enhance readability and search engine visibility for the Indian Institute of Management Raipur’s recruitment drive.

IIM Raipur Administrative Officer (On Contract)

• Number of Posts: 1 (1 OBC) (PWD)
• Qualification: PG Degree with a minimum of 60% from a UGC-approved university.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in an institute of national repute such as IITs, IIMs, IISERs, NITs, or top 50 reputed management institutes according to the latest NIRF rankings.
• Upper Age Limit: 50 years
• Pay Scale: Level – 10: Entry pay: Rs. 56,100
• Contract Period: Initially three years, extendable based on performance and institutional requirements.
• Job Profile:
  • Overall responsibility, supervision, and monitoring of the Section/Unit concerned.
  • Implementation and follow-up action on the policy matters of the Institute.
  • Support various sections of the Institute like Placement Office, International Relations Office, Alumni Relations Office, MDP & Admissions Office.
  • Coordinate with Chairperson and other departments for smooth functioning.
  • Organize events/activities as per department requirements.

IIM Raipur Junior Administrative Officer (On Contract)

• Number of Posts: 1 (1 SC) (PWD)
• Qualification: Graduation with a minimum of 60% from a UGC-approved university. Candidates with less than 60% eligible if they have post-graduation with a minimum of 60%.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in an institute of national repute such as IITs, IIMs, IISERs, NITs, or top 50 reputed management institutes as per the latest NIRF rankings.
• Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• Pay Scale: Level – 6: Entry pay: Rs. 35,400
• Contract Period: Initially three years, extendable based on performance and institutional requirements.
• Job Profile:
  • Assist in supervision/monitoring of the Section/Unit concerned.
  • Implementation and follow-up action on policy matters.
  • Support various sections of the Institute.
  • Coordinate with Senior Administrative Officer/Administrative Officer and other departments.
  • Organize events/activities as per department requirements.

IIM Raipur Junior Assistant (On Contract)

• Number of Posts: 1 (1 UR) (PWD)
• Qualification: Pass 10+2 with 55% from a recognized board or university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in an institute of national repute such as IITs, IIMs, IISERs, NITs, or top 50 reputed management institutes as per the latest NIRF rankings.
• Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• Pay Scale: Level – 2: Entry pay: Rs. 19,900
• Contract Period: Initially three years, extendable based on performance and institutional requirements.
• Job Profile:
  • Assist in supervision/monitoring of the Section/Unit concerned.
  • Implementation and follow-up action on policy matters.
  • Support various sections of the Institute.
  • Coordinate with Senior Administrative Officer/Administrative Officer and other departments.
  • Organize events/activities as per department requirements.

IIM Raipur Relaxation in Eligibility Criteria for Reserved Categories

• The reservation policy of the Government of India applies to this recruitment process.
• Age: The upper age limit is relaxable as per the standing instructions of the Government of India for the following categories, only if the post is reserved for these categories:
  • Category: Person with Disability (PwD)
    • Age relaxation permissible beyond the upper age limit:
      • PwD + UR: 10 Years
      • PwD + SC/ST: 15 Years
      • PwD + NC-OBC: 13 Years
  • Degree of Disability for Reservation: Only physically handicapped candidates with a minimum of 40% relevant disability are eligible for reservation in service/posts. Candidates applying against reserved posts must attach attested copies of relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format of the Government of India.
