Aeronautical Development Agency Recruitment is an Autonomous Body and a Society under the Department of Defence R&D, Ministry of Defence, Government of India entrusted with the task of Design and Development of LCA (Tejas) aircraft. ADA Recruitment 2024 Minimum Essential Qualification Requirements
Stenographer:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or Business Management from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in English:
- Certificate of passing at least Junior English Shorthand and Junior English Typewriting exams conducted by any government-recognized Board of Education or institution, or equivalent. OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, Business Administration, or Business Management from a recognized university WITH a Diploma in Secretarial or Commercial Practice conducted by any Government recognized Board of Education or institution, or equivalent. This diploma program should include Shorthand and Typewriting as part of the curriculum.
Desirable Criteria:
- Computer Skills Certification: A Certificate course in Computer skills such as MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, E-Mail, Internet, etc., for routine office work is desirable.
Driver
- Education: Candidates must have at least passed the VIII Standard from a government-recognized School.
- Driving License: Possession of a valid Light and Heavy vehicle driving license issued by the Government of Karnataka or any other State/Central Government.
Nature of Job:
- Job Description: Operating and maintaining light and heavy vehicles for transportation of goods and personnel.
- Responsibilities:
- Keeping records of vehicle usage and maintenance.
- Coordinating transport requirements and schedules accordingly.
