Lady Shri Ram College Careers
The recruitment procedure will be determined by the Examination. The age range for these positions is 27-35 years. Only candidates with the necessary qualifications from recognized universities/boards/institutions should apply. Senior Personal Assistant Qualification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Experience:
- Minimum of 03 years in roles like Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Executive Assistant, or Executive Secretary in Government Departments, Universities, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or Government-recognized Educational Institutions. Skill Test Requirements:
- Dictation for 10 minutes at an average speed of 100 w.p.m. and transcription for 40 minutes in English or 55 minutes in Hindi on a computer. Computer Proficiency:
- Typing, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet, and Email communication skills are necessary.
Senior Assistant Qualification
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized University in any discipline with a working knowledge of computers.
Junior Assistant Qualification
Qualifications:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board/University/Institution. Typing Skills: Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through Computers.
Library Attendant Qualifications
- Passed 10th or equivalent examination from any State Education Board or Government-recognized Institution. Additional Requirements:
- Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science from a recognized Institution.
- Desirable to have Computer as a subject at the Secondary level or a Basic course in Computers from any Institution. Probation period for Direct Recruits: 01 Year.
Age Limit (As on 29 March 2024)
- Senior Personal Assistant: 35 years
- Senior Assistant: 30 years
- Junior Assistant: 27 years
- Library Attendant: 30 years
Note: Age relaxation applicable for SC, ST, EWS, OBC (non-creamy layer), and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) categories as per UGC/Central Government norms.
