NEET UG 2024 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have completed their 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
  • General category candidates require a minimum of 50% in their qualifying exams, whereas reserved categories need 40%.
  • Applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2024.
  • Eligible candidates include Indian nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs, and foreign nationals.

NEET UG 2024 Exam Date and Pattern

The NEET UG 2024 exam is scheduled for May 5, 2024, from 2 PM to 5:20 PM (IST). It will be a paper-pencil based test (PBT) with 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), out of which candidates are required to attempt 180. The exam covers Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, contributing to a total score of 720 points.
