• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial & Production Engineering/ Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering)

• Management of all Assembly activities for the fulfillment of production plan while achieving KPI Targets
• Manage Supervisors, Team leaders & unionized work force.
• Develop production supervisors & team leaders.
• Scope of Work & Accountabilities
• Leads and supervises the development and execution of departmental plans to achieve objectives. (SQDCEP)
• Investigates, analyzes, and resolves various issues to correct deficiencies to reduce costs, improve processes and performance.
• Monitors individual and assembly performance and takes corrective action.
• Actively promote safety culture & CIMP within manufacturing.
• Plans for maintenance of equipment, tools, torque wrenches and facilities to maximize the uptime and utilization of capital equipment assets.
• Ensures that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully do their job.
• Work closely with Quality, Warehouse & Manufacturing department on problem solving activities for Customer and internal issues.

• Min 8+ years of experience in Construction Equipment, Machine Tool Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Agricultural Industries or Automobile Industries.
