- Management of all Assembly activities for the fulfillment of production plan while achieving KPI Targets
- Manage Supervisors, Team leaders & unionized work force.
- Develop production supervisors & team leaders.
- Scope of Work & Accountabilities
- Leads and supervises the development and execution of departmental plans to achieve objectives. (SQDCEP)
- Investigates, analyzes, and resolves various issues to correct deficiencies to reduce costs, improve processes and performance.
- Monitors individual and assembly performance and takes corrective action.
- Actively promote safety culture & CIMP within manufacturing.
- Plans for maintenance of equipment, tools, torque wrenches and facilities to maximize the uptime and utilization of capital equipment assets.
- Ensures that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully do their job.
- Work closely with Quality, Warehouse & Manufacturing department on problem solving activities for Customer and internal issues.
