Essential Educational Qualifications & Experience

DIRECT RECRUITMENT:

• Essential Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institute.
• Essential Experience:
  • 9 years experience of Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000/- and above with 3 years of experience in educational administration
  • Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education
  • 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in the Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent post.
• Desirable:
  • Qualification in the area of Management / Engineering / Law.
  • Experience of working in E-Office system

DEPUTATION (INCLUDING SHORT TERM CONTRACT): Officers from the Central/ State Government or Institute of national importance or Universities / University level Institution or PSU / Industry:

• Holding analogous post OR
• 10 years of administrative experience at the level of Assistant Registrar in the Pay Level 10 of 7th CPC (Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- as per 6th CPC) or in the combination of Pay Level 10 or Pay Level 11 or its equivalent.
• Possessing educational qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment above.

2. SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER

Essential Educational Qualifications & Experience

DIRECT RECRUITMENT:

• Essential Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. in a relevant field or MCA Degree with a first-class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale) and consistently excellent academic record.
• Essential Experience: Five years experience in the field of Science/ Technology/ ICT/ Research as Technical Officer/ Scientific Officer or an equivalent post in Pay Level 10 [equivalent to PB-3 Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- in 6th CPC] or above.
• Relevant experience:
  • Hands-on working experience with a strong background in Spring Boot, MVC framework, web development framework (like Spring), Java technologies, J2EE technologies especially JSP, JDBC, HTML5, JSON, Javascript Front End Framework like jQuery, web service tools, XML, Database design and development for efficient online transaction processing environment using RDMS like Postgres SQL, system and database administration, software development processing including various cycle models, UML, system and class design, development, testing and maintenance of the software system, experience in website development, Security in LAN, Database and Web Applications.

DEPUTATION (INCLUDING SHORT TERM CONTRACT): Officers from the Central/ State Government or Institutes of national importance or Universities/ University level institutions or PSU:

• Holding analogous post OR
• 10 years of experience in the field of Science/ Technology/ Research at the level of Technical Officer/ Scientific Officer or an equivalent post in Pay Level 10 [PB-3, Grade Pay Rs.5400/-] or in combination of Pay Level 10 or Pay Level 11 [Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or Rs.6600/-] or its equivalent.
• Possessing educational qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment above.
