Job Details:

Role Summary: As a technical consultant at Salesforce, you will be instrumental in converting the program designs created by our Solution and Technical Architects into practical solutions that fulfill customer needs. You will work in Agile scrum teams to develop sophisticated dashboards and reports using CRMA, engaging in all project phases from design to post-production support. This position offers the chance to deeply understand Salesforce Industries’ vertical applications and to mentor both customer and integrator resources, enhancing their knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities Minimum Requirements Technical Skills
  • Implement solutions based on Solution Architects’ designs.
  • Develop complex dashboards and reports using CRMA.
  • Participate in full project lifecycle activities.
  • Mentor and transfer knowledge to customers and partners.
  • 3+ years in deployment teams, preferably with Agile experience.
  • Proven track record in customer project delivery, especially in enterprise CRM implementations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • CRMA, Einstein Discovery, Recipes, Data Flows, Dashboard Creation, Salesforce Flows.
  • Salesforce (Apex, Lightning), SQL, Data and Process Modeling.
  • Integration with external systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant.
  • Experience with Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep Builder, and BI Visual Analytics.
  • Knowledge of OmniStudio tools like Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and Omniscripts.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
