RRB JE Result 2019 CEN 03/2018– Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started releasing the results for the Junior Engineer Stage 1 preliminary exam. Those candidates who had given the exam for JE, JE(IT), DMS, CMA Posts against advt. no. CEN 03/2018 can check their results at https://rrbonlinereg.in/ or the respective links of Railway Board Zone.

There has been a revision in the announced vacancies. Check out the official notification for same. Initially, RRB had announced 13487 for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE), Junior Engineer (Information Technology) [JE(IT)], Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA). On 26th July, RRB Kolkata Division added 74 more vacancies to the total. But Printing Press Department of Chennai (SR), Mumbai (CR) and Secunderabad (SCR) Zones cancelled 23 vacancies of Junior Engineer (JE). The official notification for the same can be accessed here.
RRB JE Answer Key 2019 was released on 11th July and the last date to raise objection was set as 14th July. Notice on viewing modified key and resolution of objections raised by the candidates under CEN No. 03/2018 can be accessed from here. According to a notice released by the RRB, the second stage CBT is to be conducted on the last week of August or first week of September. As per rules, RRB releases the admit card at least 10 days before the exam. Keeping the previous trend in mind, the result should be released by the third week of August, however, several reports have been doing rounds that the RRB JE CBT 1 result can be expected sooner.

What next after Prelims Results of RRB JE Recruitment 2019?
Shortlisted candidates will have to undergo two more stages after clearing Prelims. Stage 2 CBT exam will be a written exam. It is expected that 10 times of the vacancies will be called for the Mains exam that translates to more than 2 Lakh candidates. The last stage will be the document verification stage where the candidate will be needed to clear the requisite medical fitness test(s) conducted by the Railway Administration. These are mandatory tests to ensure that the candidates are medically fit to carry out the duties mandated by the posts.
RRB JE 2st Stage CBT exam
The Stage 2nd CBT exam will have 120 minutes duration and will comprise of 150 questions. The questions will be objective type with multiple choices and will have questions from general awareness, physical and chemistry, basics of computers and applications, basics of environment and pollution control and technical abilities.
