Eligibility and Selection Process
The age limit for applicants is a maximum of 45 years. The selection process may involve a written test and/or a direct interview. The eligibility criteria for the posts are:
- Deputy Manager – Official Language: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduate level, and at least 4 years of translation experience.
- Executive Secretary: Associate/Fellow Member of the ICSI with a graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
Salary Structure
The selected candidates will be placed in the E2 Grade, with a pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000/-.
