HPSC Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Admit Card & Exam Schedule 2019 Released | Download from Today | Exam On 3-4 October

HPSC Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Admit Card 2019, Advt No 01/2019:

The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has issued a notice regarding the exam date and downloading the admit card for Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Recruitment Test. The Commission issued the said notice on 25 September 2019 at its official website – hpsc.gov.in.

It is hereby announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in the subject of History, Political Science & Economics in Higher Education, Department Haryana against Advt. No. l/2019 published on 08.03.2019, Drugs Control Officer-Class ll in Health Department, Haryana against Advt. No. 2(06)12015 Published on 10.09.2015 & corrigendum dated 04.06.2019 and Assistant Architect Class-II in Architecture Department, Haryana against Adyt. No. 5(1)2018 published, on 29.12.2018 & Corrigendum dated 01.07.2019 in a various newspaper that the commission has decided to conduct Recruitment Test for the aforesaid, posts on 03.10.2019 (Thursday) & 04.10.20f9 (Friday) in various educational institutions situated at Panchkula as per schedule is given below:-

1) Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in the subject of Political Science in Highor Education, Department Haryana
03.10.2019, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
2) Assistant Architect Class-II in Architecture, DeparEnent Haryana
03.10.2019 3;00 PM to 5:00 PM
3) Drugs Control Officer-ClassJ in Health Department. Haryana
03.10.2019 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
4) Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in the subject of History in Higher Education, Department Haryana.
04.10.20t9 3;00 PM to 5:00 PM
5) Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in the subject of Economics in Higher Education, DepartmentHaryana.

The candidates who have applied for Assistant Professor (College Cadre) vacancies can download their Admit Card 2019 for the Recruitment Test from 25 September 2019 onward, as per the notice issued. The candidates would need to visit the Commission’s website – www.hpsconline.in in order to download their admit card.

HPSC Assistant Professor College Cadre Recruitment Test 2019 will be held single shift on both days beginning from 03.00 PM at different exam centres decided by the Commission.

How to Download HPSC Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Admit Card 2019?

• Go to the official website –www.hpsconline.in
• In the download section and click on download Admit Card for the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in the subject of History, Political Science & Economics, Drugs Control Officer-Class-II, Assistant Architect Class-II
• Click on the link to download Admit Card
• Candidates can download their Call Letter for the interview by providing their Registration No and Post Applied For
• Click on Submit
• Admit card is displayed
• Click on Download button. Save it as PDF
• Take a print out of the same for future reference
• Without admit card there will be no entry to the venue
• Verify the information captured in Admit Card.
• The following information should be available in the Admit Card
  • Name of the Candidate
  • Roll Number
  • Father’s Name
  • Gender
  • Photograph
  • Signature
  • Thumb Impression
  • Instructions
  • Exam Venue
  • Date and Time of visit to the venue
• Candidate must affix recent recognizable photograph on the admit card
• The candidate must bring a photo identity card ( (PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport,  College ID) together with the admit card
• Candidates must reach the respective venue as per the date and time mentioned in the admit card.
• The candidates who find any error in the Name, Father’s Name, Category, Date of Birth-etc. in their admit card can contact the Commission’s office in person or on telephone No. 0172-2560754 or mail upto 30.09.2019
