In order to maintain the quality of teaching staff the ugc’s decision is correct. But people who are not accept the ugc’s cut off they went to court. If the court will take this case in to trial in future the candidates who will not pass in any exam which will conduct by govt ,all will go to court and the position will be critical. UGC is a only hopes to the poor people can get recognition their efficiency. Because of court cases poor people of suffering in practical in India.

To file a writ in a court is a wrong step by the student . Ugc in his notificatin for exam already cleared that final qulifing certiria will decided by the ugc .They partiticularily stated that these aer mimimum marks which to be obtain by stdent for considering him for final result .ugc conduct this for higher level education &they wanted quality thats why they raise the ceriteria If cort allow the petitionit will hammer on quality as well aas injustice on student who score more marks if qualifing candidate scored more then why not others

The students who went to the court of law lack in basic English skills and failed to interpret the UGC notification. Though qualifying criteria for each paper has been fixed, the aggregate qualifying marks will be decided by the UGC. This kind of discretionary powers are enjoyed by the UPSC also. Is this normal practice that e certificates are issued after such a long time or is it only this time because of discontent of students over unjustified result? If there are genuine follies committed by U.G.C they should rectify it asap and declare their fresh result as well issue certificates because this waiting is seriously giving mental agony to those affected students as well as the ones who are anxiously waiting for their e certificates.

ugc educational committee consists of well qualified and experienced professional, they know how to fix the cut off criteria, if look into the all problems it cannot do their work efficiently. Simply pass maximum candidates in every exam, there will be unemployed NET holders. Only dominant/rich people only can get jobs in the aided colleges and no scope for village holders/poor people who has cleared NET.

Usually UGC takes 6 months to declare results and 1 -2 months for e certificate.
This time UGC took around 2 months to declare the results and perhaps 6 months to release e certificate.

Also now one needs to think if for release of e certificate also someone needs to file a court case.

in january only, on phone they are saying dec end but as ugc is lazy and this year they have to give 55000 certificates 6 times moer than last time. they will take more time. i think there is no need to worry. validity period is from the date of issue of the cerficate 2 years. if anybody has apllied in the appearing they have benifit. if someone is already doing phd after getting certificate they will get scholarshiop from 18th sep onwards results declaration date. if someone is applying for phd they can show pdf of the result, in interview they will get benefit. only loss is to those who are applying for the job. one soutionj for them is to go ugc office delhi and get provisional cerficate and use it

Before declaration of UGC-NET JUNE 2012 supplementary result, the UGC-NET Dec-2012 notification was announced and I filled the online application but was not submitted. Meanwhile UGC declared the Supplementary result for UGC-NET JUNE 2012 result and I listed in those qualified candidates. I think there is a need to tell the HRD ministers about UGC not providing e-certificate for June 2012 even after so many months. Mr. Kapil Sibal when he started this facility had stated that e certificate would now be issued in 6 days.

UGC should issue the certificate immediately to the students. WHY SUCH HEAVY DELAY?
at all times when we get connected to the UGC by phone, they are not even trying to say something with out hesitation regrading NET E- certificate june 2012. SEE many students missed many GOOD opportunities. UGC should keep its status and standards. are they not much considered about students and their life? why they are not issuing the certificate for those who passed the net on the basis of initial criteria they considered. its tooo bad. it is not a wise thing that UGC is doing. students should react/.

as per UGC information, the certificate should have reached the students by the mid of december, but what, later they said about the end of december, but later they said by the end of this week that is today.. now they say they are not sure about any thing….. then why they are sitting there? what is their duty other that considering the students life. Students it is time for us to rise.

Mr. Sabu you are correct, I have called many times UGC but no response from them. UGC only concentrate the problem only and not caring about who have cleared the first category candidates and their e.certificates. most of candidates LS above 35 -50 years and working in self finance colleges with less salary. Delaying the e.certificates they may loose opportunity and number of years services also. Now P.hd holders are exempted from UGC NET. It means rich people can get P.hd easily and complete the course work by others. Now a days getting guide is difficulties. Some guides are ……………

June 2012 NET exam qualified people are unlucky, because of court cases, UGC unable to process it’s work quickly. UGC at least take steps now process e.certificates to the qualified candidates before 18 January 2013. Because 4 months to be over from the of result announced.

same is my case. I cleared the test in 18 September 2012 result in subject Visual Arts.
When I try to download my e-certificate it says ‘plz fill your correct date of birth, roll number and date of exam and try again’.
Though my given information is right. Now i ve written email to ugc’s given email id to contact in case of problem.

Initial log in page always display error message (that is fault in ugc website), bet you should enter the same login detail on next login detail page.

there is no link to download anything, as per the replies in response to my earlier posts it seems that there are few who have also faced the same problem. I tried writing emails to UGC asking as to why I had to send my certificates, however as expected I did not receive any reply.

Can someone speculate or clarify as to why some of us have to send attested copies of certificate to get the ecertificate. Its needless harassment and delays the process of receiving the certificate. I just want to know WHY?

I did my masters abroad and cleared NET in first go, can any one of these be the reason.

I had submitted the application offline mode for june 2012. i had cleared net but now while downloading e certificate i am getting that The Roll No/Date of birth combination does not exist. i have given proper date of birth and roll number. what to do can any one help me ? i have to submit net certificate to workplace because i am new entrant.

hi malathi, if u applied in online and still did’t get certificate , u can escalate issue by calling 24113447/24115419 nu, they will collect ur deatails and make it ready in one day, my frd did the same and got ecertificate, go ahead

Earlier I am able to open the page till “it was getting as E certificate temparorily not available but now i am unable to to open even that page, what UGC is doing with our carreer, december results also came but we (JUNE-2012) candidate did n’t get our E certificate. This is so biased that those who applied in offline mode had done some crime.
