please see the last paragraph..
Successful candidates in the CWE. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .required to apply to any of the participating banks they wish to, quoting their personal details and their CWE scores..
1. Does this really mean
“”IBPS informed us to apply for banks after CWE by PAYING A SUM OF rupees 200 or so….””
Is that the right way of conveying the information to apply banks, as such in the way which is going on as now….!!!
Just check how detailed the information about qualification and eligibility was given in the advertisement , then why not about the fee regarding interviews…? what’s wrong with that..?
2. As you know the number of vacancies (approx.) then in which plan of yours made you to qualify 1.1 lakh plus of candidates..
Please reveal your plan of action.
Won’t you be transparent with the banks and aspirants in interview process before making a deal with all the banks.?
Isn’t that your big responsibility?
Is this the game of playing with the candidate’s future , money ,chances and emotions in this dead recesion.?
3. Can you please tell the difference between the person who has not qualified in the examination of that level of the paper and the person who has qualified and payed sum of thousands of rupees (each bank 200..) and not getting even a single chance to appear in the interview atleast once….
I hope the person who has not qualified is the luckiest.. atleast he has his money with him to apply other competitive examinations for his future.. am I wrong?
THE PERSON WHO HAS QUALIFIED IN THE WRITTEN EXAM MEANS, HE IS ELIGIBLE FOR INTERVIEW.. BUT HERE THE PERSON WITH LOW SCORE WILL NOT BE CALLED ATLEAST ONCE FOR THE INTERVIEW..
WHAT SHOULD WE CALL HIM AS…
HAS HE QUALIFIED OR NOT…?
AND YOU PEOPLE SAYING THAT THE COMPETITION IS TOUGH, SO NOT ELIGIBLE TO THE INTERVIEW AFTER DRAWING MONEY(MULTIPLES OF 200.) FROM THE INDIVIDUALS…

4. What made the IBPS not to be Transparent in publishing of the list of selected candidates ,their TWS score, their Category..?
The process of uploading may atmost need 10 members ,1 day of work and 5 mb of space, which saves hundreds of money to the aspirants.
Isn’t that the responsibility of IBPS to do so for making all the quiries of candidates get cleared..?
Does this process charge extra amount than we paid 450/- for the examination…if so why don’t you ask us?
5. ONE IMPORTANT QUESTION..?
WHAT IS THE NEED OF BANKS TO PUBLISH VERY LOW CUTOFF TO CANDIDATES FIRST , DRAWING MONEY,AFTER A MONTH RAISING CUTOFF TO THE HIGH SCORE..
IT IS UNNECESSARY ACTION,COZ ALL THE BANKS WERE GIVEN THE LIST OF SELECTED CANDIDATES AND THEIR SCORES..
FOR EXAMPLE..
UNION BANK OF INDIA.
THEY KNOWS THAT THE CUTOFF WILL BE STOPPED AT 166. THEN WHAT WAS THE REASON BEHIND PUBLISHING ALL ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY BUT WE CALL TO 1:3 RATIO..
HOW COULD INDIVIDUAL KNOW THAT WHERE THE CUTOFF IS GOING TO STOP AND INFORMATION WHETHER TO APPLY FOR THAT BANK OR NOT…

170 –GEN CALLED…
VERY HUGE DIFFERENCE..
IN WHICH WAY YOU ARE GOING TO SUGGEST YOUR ACTION…
ATLEAST WHY BANKS ARE NOT ALLOWING TO PAY THE SUM OF 200 RUPEES AFTER DECLARING FINAL CUTOFF OF INTERVIEW BY SEEING NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS…AS BANK OF INDIA IS ALSO GIVING 15 DAYS OF TIME BETEWEEN INTERVIEW AND CUTOFF DECLARATION DATE..
WHY FIRST LOW CUTOFF— DRAWING MONEY… INCREASE IN CUTOFF…
.. SAME CANDIDATES SELECTION….
Union bank of india for 1241 Gen posts in 1:3 ratio he called upto 166 score.
Syndicate bank of india 885 Gen posts even far less than union bank posts called up to 164 score.
The how could it be fair after completion of 3 banks recruitment
Bank of india for 870 Gen posts confined to 170 score..
Does is make any sense of this zigzag process…
IF THE BANKS ARE WILLING TO CONDUCT THE SECOND PHASE OF INTERVIEWS FOR THE CANDIDATES WHO ARE NOT SHORTLISTED FIRST THEN WHY DON’T YOU MAKE IT AS AN OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION…
6. As everyone knows most that candidates who has got selected in SBI and (1000) and SBI associates (4980) will no way enter into these banks.
SBI has already declared the final selection list
SBI associates are in the process of interviewing..
Atleast why don’t you hold interview session for 15-20 more days so that there will be no overlap of the candidates which is resulting in delay for months of time.. why don’t we let them go for that banks and make our way clear for faster recruitment process…
As you said top score holders deserve selection of banks,I agree with you.
But the method of selection which is going on as now is not transparent and not clear and even not near to the statements you have declared in the past selection methodology…
Atleast why don’t all the tier-1 banks complete the recruitment process followed by tier -2 and tier -3, so that overlapping may decrease to maximum extent..
I don’t know why no precautions is taking on this serious issue .
If you do the same process as now..
We can say that…
1. Max. number of posts posted will forward to next CWE exam which was big loss in our career.
2. Loss of almost one year of precious time and hopes.
3. Loss of huge sum of money which is very tough to spend as water for applications for people who can’t afford..
4. Loosing of trust in IBPS organization which is trying to make selection time less.
1st IBPS CWE PO Notification released in AUG-2011
Present month MARCH-2012
8 months completed.
Easily it requires another 4 months..
Total 1 year..
After 1 year of wastage … my turn to quit without even one single interview…
Please don’t make it as a day dream…
Check the process of recruiting once again and try to make it on a good track..
Make us to have some good hopes to join in banks through your organization IBPS…..
