sir,my sc category certificate has not been issued from dc court yet.they have said that this will take four more days.therefore i can’t report to reporting centre though i have got a seat in nit silchar.therefore i want to go for second counselling without changing the category by cancelling this seat allotment.but reporting centre has said that it is impossible to go for second couselling without changing the category.so,is there any chace to go for second counselling without changing the category?please reply me immediately.my AIR is 67388 and roll no is 20608806.sir i also request you to kindly allow me to go for second counselling.
